Ordering
Orders must be placed either online from this website, by email or by fax.
To be sure of our being able to accept an order your order must be placed before the deadline time for each menu.

Party Canapé           12.00 3 days before delivery
Hot Bowl Meals         12.00 prior day
Cold Fork Buffet        12.00 prior day
Equipment Hire          12.00 prior day
Breakfast                 14.30 prior day
Express Menu           16.30 prior day
Drinks                     16.30 prior day

In exceptional circumstances or for exceptional numbers, Eden reserve the right to refuse to accept an order even if the above criteria are met.
Eden reserve the right to change food items without notice if necessary on the morning of delivery.

Minimum Order
There is no minimum order but a small order service charge of £5 will be made if an order is less than £20 net of VAT

Delivery
Delivery is free of charge if:
1) an order is placed before 16.30 prior day
2) it is for delivery between the hours of 7:45 to 17:00, Monday - Friday
3) it is to any of the following postcodes .

Orders may be delivered up to one hour before the required time
Menus can be delivered at the following times:

Breakfast            07.45–09:00am Mon to Fri
Equipment           07.45–19:00pm Mon to Fri
Drinks                 07.45–19:00pm Mon to Fri
Express Menu       10.00–19:00pm Mon to Fri
Hot Bowl Meals     11.00–19:00pm Mon to Fri
Fork Buffet           11.00–19:00pm Mon to Fri
Canape               15.00–19:00pm Mon to Fri

Deliveries after 17.00 incur a £25 delivery charge unless order value >£300

Weekend deliveries are possible but please call to discuss arrangements

Cancellations
Express Menu cancellations:
Orders cancelled or reduced after 16:30 prior day will be charged at 50%
Orders cancelled or reduced after 9.00am same day will be charged in full
All other Menu cancellations:  Orders cancelled or reduced after the deadline time for the menu ordered will be charged in full.

Platters
Our food is delivered on platters ready for service unless an alternative has been especially arranged.
The platters used are as follows: 
Breakfast, Express Menus Black recyclable platters
Fork Buffet, Canapé  White melamine or china platters
Hot Bowl Meals  White china bowls.

Food
Substitutions may have to be made without notice, particularly for late orders.
