The ordering process itself must be simple and quick with personal help when needed. EXPERIENCE

Eden have prepared and delivered catering to central London for over fourteen years and are committed to offering a highly professional, but friendly service.

VARIETY

We are dedicated to making innovative, interesting food and promote this by changing our Express Menu every season.

QUALITY

We make good food. Our raw materials are excellent; freshly baked and interesting breads, free range eggs, real not processed meats, home made sauces, Scottish salmons which we poach ourselves, and of course the freshest salads and fruits delivered daily.

SAFETY

The safety of the food delivered to you is of paramount importance. All our food procedures have been scrutinised by our local Environmental Health Officers and we commission our own third party Food Safety Audit. Your food will of course be delivered in a refrigerated van. Read here the latest letter from our Environmental Health Officer following an inspection.

SUSTAINABILITY
We are strong promoters of sustainability and are working to achieve many Social, Environmental and Economic objectives. We encourage our suppliers and clients to adopt sustainable practices and the use of sustainable materials. We are also working to achieve certification in BS8901 Sustainable Development for Event Management. DELIVERY CONFIDENCE
Confidence in the delivery is we know of most importance to you. “Will it arrive on time?” “Did they get my order?” Will it arrive at all??” We confirm receipt of all orders by email showing all details of the order. You therefore know we have received it and you can confirm the order matches what you require.

COMMUNICATION

All that planning cannot however remove the uncertainty of the traffic around London . If our driver is “jammed” the least we can do is make sure you know about it as quickly as possible. Our vans are all equiped with trackers and satellite navigation so we know exactly where they are. Our drivers all carry mobile phones and will ring you if they have a problem.

LATE ORDERS

We do accept orders in the morning for delivery that lunch time. The important thing is for you to ring us to check whether we can make the delivery ourselves or if we have to hire a taxi. If a taxi is required it is chargeable. More often than not we will be able to deliver the lunch for when you want it.
